    Pre-requisites: Good level of On2 timing is required. Must be able to identify Clave, Conga(Tumbao) rhythm and consistently be on time while maintaining Salsa On2 Basic. Dancers have understanding of cross body lead, inside turn, right & left turn, basic On2 Shines.

    Core Curriculum: Building on the foundations from level 1 beginner, adding more materials in proper weight transfer, basic body coordination/movement exercise, improved partner connection, patterns, turn technique, basic arm tricks, improved Salsa On2 Shines, incorporate basic musical interpretation & switching timing elements.

    Pre-requisites: Proficient, 100% accuracy in On2 timing is required. Basic understanding of musicality, must be able to dance beginner level shines with correct coordination, weight transfer, timing. Dancers have good understanding of cross body lead, open break, reverse cross body lead, inside turn, right & left turn, hand switches, copa, wrap elements.

    Core Curriculum: Building on the foundations from level 1 Int, adding more materials in proper weight transfer, basic body coordination/movement exercise, turn technique, pivot drills, improved partner connection, introduce more intricate arm tricks, tosses & drapes variations, introduce basic styling elements. Continued development of Salsa On2 Shines. Develop good understanding of timing switch with musical interpretation.

    Pre-requisites: Dancers are very comfortable in executing cross body lead, inside turn, right & left turn, copa, wrap, and or under arm, arm toss patterns. Good level of arm tension, follow & lead pivot and spotting technique, positioning, weight transfer technique during partner work. Good understanding with Salsa On2 foundational Shines. Able to improvise, good at receiving feedback.

    Core Curriculum:Enhanced dance mechanics, rhythm and timing during partner combinations, partner connection, and spin & partner technique. Intermediate to Advanced Shines. Introduction to Pachanga, Chachacha & Afrocuban fusion elements in Salsa On2 Shines.

    Pre-requisites: Dancers are proficient in executing all L1 Beg through L1 Adv fundamental dance principles and combinations, and are comfortable with multiple right & left turns, over under arm connections, basic arm tosses/tricks & flicks, Int/Adv shines, weight transfer & basic body isolation and dance mechanics. Ability to improvise with little to no hesitation, great at picking up class materials, able to implement correction with relative ease.

    Recommendations: This is a class designed for dancers who already have a foundation in Salsa On2. If you are an absolute beginner, we highly recommend starting with our introductory courses first! Because this is a solo dancing class, no formal evaluation is required to attend. You are welcome to join and challenge yourself!
