Salsa Essential Syllabus, Vocabulary, & Technical & mechanical breakdown of Salsa foundations for individual dancing, footwork & movements that includes:

Salsa base lower body movement, weight transfer, hip direction, pivot, salsa base footworks, salsa base upper body movements, base salsa & son timing, musicality. Introduction to Afro-cuban movement foundation.
