Welcome to Camina Pro! This document outlines the project structure, member deliverables, attendance expectations, financial options, and travel logistics for the upcoming season.
Rehearsal Schedule: Rehearsals take place every Tuesday, starting in November.
Mandatory Dual-Training Requirement: Training for both Camina Cha and Camina Pro is mandatory. It is not optional to train in only one. Dual training ensures team cohesion and technical consistency.
Performances:
Debut: NYC Women’s Pride (Mandatory team debut).
Optional Performance: Hawaii Salsa & Bachata Congress (Pending dancer interest and availability).

Exclusive Choreography
2 Routines: 1 brand-new Pro routine, and 1 Chachacha routine featuring an exclusive Pro intro for Pro members only.
Video Resources
Access to 4K video tutorials breaking down choreography by counts and to music, live recorded rehearsal footage, and detailed formation explanations.
Costuming
Pro costumes are provided with NO costume fee. Costumes must be returned in good condition after performances. Note: Alterations must be pre-approved with no significant changes made. Dancers are financially responsible for repair/replacement in the event of significant damage.
Apparel / Merch
Pro members receive one FREE official merch item. Additional merchandise is available for purchase.
Logistics Support
Onboarding to an online learning platform (Skool) and group communications (WhatsApp) to coordinate travel, rooming, and events.
Live Rehearsal Feedback: Personal feedback sessions will occur during live rehearsals. Formation assignments and line-ups are based strictly on performance readiness.
Rehearsal Extensions: Schedules are tentative and progress-dependent. Extensions will be announced at least 1 week in advance, capped at 1 hour per session, and included at no additional charge.
Missed Rehearsals (4K Video Option): If you cannot attend a live rehearsal, the session will be filmed in 4K for you to learn on your own time.
Extended Absences & Monthly Progress Videos:
If you cannot attend live rehearsals, monthly progress videos are strictly required.
Videos are due by the last day of each month for personalized short-form video feedback.
Failure to submit videos, or demonstrating insufficient progress to meet Pro performance standards, will result in an automatic transfer to the Camina Cha project.
Performing Camina Pro Member (Discounted Rate): $65 / hr
Non-Performing Camina Pro Member: $100 / hr (Standard Camina Rate)
Standard Non-Member Rate: $135 / hr
Performance Roster Cut-Off Date (January 30): Final roster determinations for the Pro performance team will be made no later than January 30. If you cannot fulfill Pro performance requirements, you may still perform with Camina Cha in NYC and/or Hawaii.
Financial Adjustments for Downgrades (Prior to February):
Upfront Payers: Pro-rated refund adjustment to account for the difference in project tiers for the month of February.
Monthly Payers: Subscription will automatically be adjusted down to the Camina Cha monthly fee.
Non-Performing Pro Track (Case-by-Case Approval Only):
Dancers who withdraw from performing or are determined not ready to perform may remain in the Pro project upon approval.
You will continue paying the regular Pro fee, retain access to all videos/rehearsals, and receive all Camina Cha benefits.
Feedback during Pro rehearsals will prioritize performing members, with feedback for non-performers provided as time permits.
Option A: Upfront Payment
$645 one-time payment (~15% off total)
Option B: Monthly Subscription
$190 per month
Note: Aside from the specific January 30 Pro-to-Cha downgrade adjustment listed, all payments are non-refundable.
Travel Expenses: Dancers are completely responsible for purchasing event passes, flights, hotels, and any other travel expenses.
Event Pass Deadline: Proof of your event performer pass must be submitted by the first pro rehearsal to maintain your performance spot. (The discounted Camina Pro membership fee is structured to help offset travel costs and incentivize performers).
