Audition Information For Participants

• Participants will learn and perform a short solo & partner choreography at audition. (Salsa on2)

• Participants must wear athletic/dance gear [no jeans]

• Dance shoes are not required however preferred if available to participants.

• Participants will be notified of results within a week.

• Rehearsal schedule & team logistics will be covered at team orientation should participant be selected.

• Arrive on time, be kind & dance your heart out!

• Currently our team constitutes of adult dancers who are in our student team and trainee program. We train Salsa On2.

• The student team performs locally with national or international travel opportunities. (Local area constitute of driving distance cities, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel-Hill, North Carolina Cities, DMV — Washington DC, Virginia and or Maryland)

• Trainee team/program is designed for aspiring student team members who are understudy to become student team members. Trainee team members will not perform until advanced to student team.

• Both teams train partner & solo choreographies.

• Professional & or semi-pro dancers are also welcomed with different stipulations than student members.

• All team members rehearse Tuesday evenings. Pending student team & or trainee levels, each dancer is assigned to Friday evening and or Sunday afternoon rehearsals.

• Specific rehearsal schedule will be covered at team orientation meeting after the auditions should dancer be selected.
